Stayed here overnight and would stay again. Pros: Clean and what appeared to be newly renovated rooms, very nice and comfortable bedding, close to Pamukkale (not walking distance unless you’re young and/or a hiker), my room overlooked Pamukkale. Watched about 15 hot air balloons taking off in the early morning hours, from the base of Pamukkale. Full Turkish breakfast was excellent. Appears to be family owned and run, including the restaurant. There is a large, beautiful pool but I didn’t have time to use it. Small, quaint, accommodating hotel. Cons: Biggest for me was no elevator, and we were on the 4th floor. From the outside and the lobby, I thought we made a mistake ... looks rundown and is next to rundown houses. In addition to seeing Pamukkale from the room, my balcony overlooked an ugly house rooftop and a yard with chickens and discarded junk. But honestly I wasn’t in the room for much more than sleeping, so it didn’t really matter. Overall, I thought the room was very comfortable and the food excellent. The management was helpful and friendly. And the price was very affordable. I would stay here again, but I’d ask for a lower floor!
My husband, friend and I spent one night here. We were warmly greeted. We had booked a room for three, was shown our room. Room was very clean, cozy, double bed and a single. Bathroom was clean also. We also had a little balcony facing the street. The hotel was very quiet at night. The even had woolen blankets, can get cold during the night. They also served breakfast (extra cost). Great for short stay. Thank you!
Very helpful staff, helped us to organise airport transfer and woke up early to sort out our bus tickets. Cosy family atmosphere in the hotel. Breakfast is really really good - we had some kitty visitors who were very cute during breakfast. See pic for proof.
The hotel itself is rather nice, the room was spacious, there was a balcony, and a nice pool (we didn't try it). The breakfast was pretty good and served early. However, there was a bit of coldness from the reception - we were not even offered any help to carry the bags to the third floor. Otherwise, the hotel is OK for an overnight stay so that you can get a quick and early start to Pamukkale site (about 5 minutes away).
The rooms were very modern and comfortable. Hotel had a pool. Staff were unresponsive to emails that I sent prior to visit. Weren't too helpful helping me arrange a transfer to Denizli Airport for the late flight to Istanbul. Bit of a walk from the main area.
Reached Pamakulle at 07:30 in the morning and walked to Bellamaritimo when the whole city was asleep. To our surprise our room was ready and we were given early check-in for free. The checkin was super smooth. They had everything ready, I just spotted my name in check-in list and I was handed over the keys to my room. We booked a double room with balcony and it was decent and comfy. Bathroom was basic but clean. We took a quick shower and then bought their breakfast for just 30 Lira PP. It was super tasty and had a huge spread. We booked room only for a day so our breakfast was covered in the room price for next day. The town gate for travertine is around 500 meter. Pamakulle is a small town and almost every hotel will be near to restaurants and the town gate. The property has a swimming pool and the water looked clean but we did not use it. It also had a big reception area where one can sit and relax and the restaurant was also cozy. What made our stay awesome was how we were treated. We felt so welcomed by their amazing hospitality. It's my place for sure if I visit Pamakulle again.
Nice pool. Rooms has all the necessary things. Not luxurious. Nice location. There is not much to complain about. If price is factored in, this is a 5 dots. There is a small restaurant just to right of front door. Pool is lovely. Stay here.
This is a little gem of a hotel not far from the South Entrance to the attraction. The rooms are well equipped, very clean and modern. New swimming pool and sun bathing area are great as is the breakfast terrace, all newly built. So much breakfast could not get all dishes on the table! Very tasty and great service. We also ate here in the evening. The meals were excellent as was the staff. Could not fault this hotel. Plenty of car parking next to the hotel.
Stayed there in July; Mr Halim was incredibly helpful, nice and polite in organizing our hot air balloon tour, and he even gave us a free ride to the travertines & tons of tips. Great variety in the breakfast; friendly staff and excellent room, spacious&clean with the view of the travertines! Clean and refreshing pool which was a bless! Cant wait to go back, and cant recommend it enough :) Eleonora - Brasil
If possible I would give Bellamaritimo 10 stars. We arrived at this hotel extremely tired (as our car broke down on the way) only to find out that the site we had booked through had canceled our reservation without informing us. The owner of the hotel was extremely helpful/professional and managed to find us rooms despite not having a reservation. He also called our rental company as they only spoke Turkish and got a replacement for our car (it took several hours but he remained patient and managed to sort it out for us). The hotel itself has an extremely calm and relaxing atmosphere and tops any resort we stayed at while in turkey. Rooms were great- clean and bright, with a great view of the pool/paragliders and the travertines. The pool is awesome (we swam there every day of our stay) and breakfast is absolutely wonderful. To top it all off, the hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the travertine. Definitely stay here if you come to Pamukkale.
