Wonderful home to stay in. Andrew the host was awesome to work with. He was very attentive with communication before and during our stay, Home was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again if we are back in the area!

We all loved this property. It was so relaxing by the fire pit in the evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed. It’s very pet friendly, our boys (the dogs) had a great time chasing the squirrels and laying in the sand. It was a perfect Christmas getaway

Spotless!!

Cute, coastal-themed home — very clean and pet-friendly, which I appreciated. The three bedrooms and two baths were perfect for a weekend stay. The house was spotless and clearly well cared for. The hosts were very welcoming, communicated well, and were friendly throughout the stay.The only downside was the air conditioning being regulated and unable to be set below 70 degrees, which felt a bit warm for the Florida heat. I like it a little cooler at night. Overall, a great stay with excellent hosts — ideal for anyone seeking a clean, pet-welcoming home near the water.

Ladies get away

We opened the door and "OMG, this is sooo cute." We had almost everything to make it a great place to stay. Even a 3 way light up makeup mirror! We only had a quick 2 nite stay and wished we could enjoy all the amenities you provided. The only disappointing item was that the listing stated 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds each and 1 with a queen and 1 sleeper sofa.When in fact it had 1 bedroom w twins beds. 1 king and 1 gueen and and a regular couch. But we worked it out. We would definately come here again if in the area.

Relaxing

It was the perfect place to get away from the Indiana weather and relax. Everything was nice. The homeowners made everything easy. Normally we have to bring extra essentials but it was supplied. No complaints!

Awesome 3BR House in Palmetto!

Very clean and comfortable house near everything in Tampa, Bradenton, and Sarasota. Right next to the Emerson Pont Nature Preserve in a quiet neighborhood. Good amenities and good communication with host.

Great Stay!

We recently stayed at this property while work was being done on our house. This house is lovely! The three bedrooms and two baths were spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen boasts great appliances and is comfortably sized. The yard is cozy and fenced, with a firepit area and comfortable Adirondack chairs. There is a beautiful laundry room - we didn't use it as we were there only a few nights. The house appears brand new and is overall sparkling clean! The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. It is a comfortable walk (15 - 20 minutes if you're strolling) to the historical downtown area and the Manatee River. There are a few restaurants and a couple of small shops. The local Publix is about a 10-minute car ride away. Overall, this was a great experience. Andrew (owner) was available by text to answer questions promptly. We were given our entry code ahead of our arrival - so convenient! This house is a great spot - definitely a '5 star' property!
