We had such a great family vacation at this Florida home!It was perfect with small kids — they had two high chairs, a crib, a pack and play, a baby bouncer, and a baby monitor. Everything was super appreciated! Our kids had a blast in the fenced backyard, splashing in the pool, and sleeping in the bunk beds. The pool took a day to warm up because of the cooler weather but was awesome once it did.The quiet cul-de-sac felt super safe with basically zero traffic. There was some nearby construction noise, but it didn’t bother us at all with so much to do right at the house.We loved the spacious kitchen — it was very well organized and stocked with supplies — plus the open living/dining area for family meals and hanging out. The big TVs all worked great, even when the kids collected every remote in a basket (thankfully they’re interchangeable!).The laundry machines were excellent with nicely organized towels, and we really appreciated them stocking plenty of detergent and dishwasher pods. The large garage was super convenient for unloading groceries, carrying sleeping kids, and grabbing the lawn chairs, and the shop vac even helped us clean out our rental car. Grill was clean with plenty of propane.Overall we loved it and would definitely book again!

Great experience!!

My family and I really had a great time, the property management has everything you’ll need in an house and much more! Very spacious home and quiet neighborhood, I will definitely recommend this place and will plan to go back in a near future!!

Weekend stay for family wedding

Disappointed in property

This rental was a big disappointment. Upon arrival there were a number of cleaning and maintenance concerns (Andrew did send his cleaning lady and maintenance man to address our immediate concerns) but our biggest issue was the significant construction site directly next to the property that was not disclosed when we booked 4 weeks prior to arrival (it is now). The house has the general look and feel of deferred maintenance and deep cleaning needs both inside and outside. Additionally, the backyard is an eyesore with a blown over shed that also was not disclosed. The highlights were the comfortable beds, the layout of the house, the outdoor shower and the heated pool.

Not what I expected

VRBO has this property rated 9.8 out of 10. I would only give it a 6.5. Overall the house was ok but starting to show wear. The beds are memory foam which we both found to be very comfortable. The living room furniture is old and uncomfortable. The pool was dirty and the property manager had it cleaned as soon as I called. The backyard is a mess. I guess it’s still a mess from the hurricane last fall. They are doing construction next to the property. Heavy equipment running 6 days a week. The heat broke twice. The first time it was fixed right away. The second time it was never fixed. The neighborhood wasn’t the nicest. I’m not sure how they come up with these ratings but this not what I expected for the money we spent.

Perfect!

Overall the place was perfect for our group of 8, the only thing was the construction. They work from 7 to 4 all day long with big trucks, so it was not quiet at all.I would recommand this place !

Perfect stay for the occasion

Very, very spacious home with all of the amenities you need when traveling from out of state. 3 rooms with king size beds, another with bunk beds and 3 bathrooms. The beds were comfy. Very clean and well maintained property. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and it was a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool so much. Just an overall great stay.

Quiet neighborhood and at the end of a dead end street

Communication with the owner was perfect. We had a few issues after check in and the owner had someone there the next morning- on a holiday. The handyman was professional and did a great job. The home is spacious and has a great layout. Yard is huge and the pool is a nice size too. Everything inside the home is exactly as pictured. Super cute decor. Things to mention (not negative or positive, just a couple things to note) plan on bringing your shower gel and hair products, they only provide sample size. There is not a lot to do in the immediate area. Nothing is too far either. Everything is a minimum of 10 mins. I don’t think that is bad, but not walkable. This is a great home for people who don’t want the hustle and bustle. When we were there we saw big white birds in the back yard. They were so much fun to watch. Next to the house is a huge undeveloped area, I’m sure there is an endless possibility to the wildlife you may see :) The only cons of the home- exterior needs power washed. The interior did have some house spiders and cobwebs. Not big scary spiders, but spiders nonetheless. (This is from a person who HATES spiders)

Coastal Hacienda, A Quiet, Beautiful Haven

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-week stay at Coastal Hacienda! We did run into a few minor problems which were immediately addressed by Andrew. The fenced in yard and heated pool (heated is an additional fee) were amazing. The 2-zone A/C was also terrific. The bunkroom accommodated all the kids. The beds were very comfortable and the large desk in the master bedroom was well equipped with multiple outlets and USB ports. There were plenty of pool towels. The multitude of televisions > one in every bedroom plus one in each of the 2 living rooms was a nice touch as was the high-end washer/dryer, dishwasher, and spacious refrigerator. Although the kids couldn’t get the WII to function properly, there were board games which they enjoyed playing very much. The outdoor space, the indoor space, everything, is exactly what you would expect from a high-end rental. $$$.

Amazing place

The home was absolutely amazing. Plenty of space for the 8 of us. Beautiful fenced yard for the kids to play. Very nice pool area with furniture. Encountered a few small issues during the stay but Andrew was very responsive and took care of everything. Definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Great place for our Big Family

The property was bigger than expected. We were 16 in total and never felt crowded. Enough space for kids and adults to enjoy different areas without bumping into each other. Plenty of parking (5) cars and very well stoked. Only 26 min drive to Cortez / Anna Maria beaches. Short drive to supermarket. Very nice place for a large group. Neighborhood is quiet and we enjoy that very much.

Family Time

This is a beautiful, well maintained and generously appointed home with ample room. A lot of extras to help facilitate the enjoyment of the area such as beach umbrella and shelter, beach toys and coolers, as well as, pool floats and yard games. The location provided a perfect balance or rural and peace with a short jaunt to shopping or the beach.

The 90th Birthday Celebration in Palmetto

This was our first time renting a home and I was not disappointed! The home was even better than the pictures. There was enough room to accommodate 6 adults and 10 children ages 15 to 3 years of age. The spacious open kitchen, dining and living area was perfect for many to prepare meals, eat and visit. The pool was a hit with the children and they had fun playing and running in the enclosed fenced yard! We used the chairs, mats, towels, and cooler when we went to Coquina Beach. It was truly a marvelous, Coastal Hacienda!
