The home is beautiful and spacious, and we enjoyed our stay. The pool was the main reason we booked and we paid the heating fee, but there were no clear instructions and the pool remote was not easily accessible (stored under kitchen pots), so I had to figure out how to turn the heater on and off manually behind the pool. Days after our checkout, the host texted saying a fee would be charged because the “remote light” was still on, despite me explaining it had been turned off manually. I had read a comment before my stay mentioning issues with the pool heating, and unfortunately experienced the same problem. The home would also benefit from clearer instructions and better upkeep, ceiling fans were full of dust and light switches were very dirty.

An absolutely beautiful and clean house! There were many stores and restaurants nearby. Stayed here for four days and three nights and had a great time. The host had amazing communication and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This is a nice home in a nice area. Home is very nice but looks gutted--like it had been robbed. Nail holes in the walls where photos used to be, but only a few remaining. Two nice Bose speakers mounted on the walls but no stereo. The home has a ton of cabinet space but almost all of them are barren. There is enough to do some LIGHT cooking (some plates, silverware, cups, a pot and pan, SOME utensils). No can/bottle opener, coffee maker, crock pots, sheet pans, any extras really. Each bed had two very thin pillows. We had to search the house for extras and found in a bedroom closet. There is a smart TV in the living room but we couldn't get it to connect to the internet. Only one other tv is in a bedroom (not the master) and it had no remote. Owner said to use your phone upon being asked. There were no check in/check out instructions at all, so had to ask for everything. The house appeared generally clean but there was a pair of dirty socks on the floor. I had asked the owner about the pool being open since it was December and he told me it would be open. It was, but was ice cold. He told me that was a 55 per day charge to turn it on--which wasn't in the description, it only mentioned a charge if you leave it on overnight. There was no propane for the outdoor fire pit. He did bring us one the second night. We got instructions for pool but it said "Service" and wouldn't work. He did reimburse my fee for the pool. This could be a fabulous rental if they tweaked a few things.

Clean house, great pool, very few items in house

The house is beautiful. The view is great and the pool was perfect. There was no hand towels, no wash clothes and only plates and silverware for four people. Not enough pans to really cook and no spices as listed in the listing. We had no house instructions so never had access to WiFi and once I received the house code no communication until check out even when I messaged asking about towels. There was no blow dryer, no iron, no coffe maker.. etc. very few items in house.

Family gathering

Love this home so very clean and beautiful amazing community is nice. this was a great time we got no complaints on this and the vacuum makes you have to have it in your home the host and hospitality was a blessing enjoyed family fun thank you so much.
