A perfect place located on the beautiful island (Palma de Mallorca) to disconnect and enjoy with the family, with a green area of large gardens with more than (7,000mts2) of natural areas where you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets with views of the Tramuntana and our natural lake, relax in our outdoor pool, share with the whole family a playground, recreational area and tennis court, barbecue area with a large table in the garden for meetings and meals.
This beautiful villa is located a few km from the center (Palma de Mallorca) just 10 minutes and 5 minutes to leisure areas, supermarket, cinemas, gyms, public transport ... You can visit around towns such as Valldemosa, Deiá, Soller, beautiful beaches and coves with crystal clear waters just 20 minutes away.
It has 6 fully equipped rooms (including 2 suites) with private bathrooms, kitchen with garden views, dining room, star room ... The whole house and rooms have air conditioning and heating. Large parking area (inside and outside the villa).
