The property features a spacious outdoor area with a private pool and fully equipped garden, including sun loungers, outdoor furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate throughout the day.

Great Stay

Our party stayed in the villa for the month of March. The property was beautiful and very spacious. The common living areas were perfect for the amount of people living in the house. Just a short walk up from the beach, the house was in a great location while also being fairly quiet. We would definitely recommend the spot and would rebook again for revisits to Palma. The only issues we ran into during our stay was that the fridge was a little small for the 8 people we had staying in the house, and some of the shared bedrooms were a little bit cramped to be shared between adults. Other than that we all had a fantastic stay and would recommend staying here!

Gute Villa mit kleinen Macken aber TOP SERVICE vom Anbieter

Das Haus an sich ist e. Top-Objekt in e. sehr guten und ruhigen Lage m. riesengroßem Garten. Warum ich aber insg. „nur“ vier Sterne geben kann liegt an einigen kleineren Punkten: - das Haus könnte eine Klimaanlage vertragen, da man b. offenem Fenster dank d. unzähligen Mücken kaum schlafen kann. Dazu kommt e. Geruch v. einem Baum hinter d. Haus, d. zumindest gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. - Durch d. vielen Nadelbäume auf u. um dem Grundstück ist d. Pool nahezu jedes Mal vor Benutzung zu reinigen, dass d. Poolboy alle zwei Tage kommt reicht leider nicht aus. - In allen Badezimmern muss man vorsichtig duschen, wenn man danach nicht lauter Pfützen haben will. Dadurch entsteht leider schnell Schimmel. - Elektrogeräte und Küche allgemein könnten f. d. Preis, den das Haus kostet definitiv moderner sein oder mal ausgetauscht werden. Summa summarum würde ich hierfür als Gesamteindruck 3 Sterne geben. Man muss aber auch d. Team v. Portic Villas ein riesen Kompliment machen, was d. Kommunikation und d. Service angeht. Wir haben bspw. ein paar kleinere Sachen um 12:36 Uhr per WhatsApp moniert, keine 2 Stunden später war alles was auf die Schnelle zu beheben war gerichtet oder entfernt u. der/die Mitarbeiter war schon wieder weg. Ein weiteres absolutes Plus von Portic Villas ist die freundlichen u. zuvorkommende Art d. Kommunikation u. wie die Gäste behandelt werden. Sie versuchen es einem absolut immer (auch am Wochenende) schnellstmöglich recht zu machen u. kümmern sich um das Wohlbefinden d. Gäste. Warum ich dann letztendlich 4 Sterne gebe, trotz der oben geschriebenen Punkte ist, dass Portic Villas von sich aus auf unseren späten Rückflug (21 Uhr) aufmerksam wurde u. uns (auch auf Grund der Unannehmlichkeiten) kostenlos bis 18 Uhr i. d. Villa bleiben ließ. Das hat uns jede Menge Stress u. auch ein paar Euros gespart, dafür u. f. d.q exzellenten Service sind wir sehr dankbar. On top gibt es pro Aufenthalt einen kostenlosen 20L Wasserspender, wo man jederzeit gekühltes Trinkwasser zapfen kann. Für uns perfekt war auch der Service, dass ohne es vorher zu bestellen, von Portic Villas 10 Packungen Bier für einen sehr guten Preis von jeweils 10 Euro angeboten wurden, das hat uns auch den ein oder anderen Weg zum Supermarkt gespart. Ein zusätzlicher Punkt ist auch d. schnelle Abrechnung, bereits 3 Tage n. d. Rückkehr hatte ich die Kaution zurück auf meinem Konto. Also absolute Empfehlung, Portic Villas denkt über eine Klimaanlage im Haus nach! ;-) LG

Finca, Garten und Pool waren wie jedes Jahr optimal gepflegt! Die Ansprechpartner wie gewohnt nett, flexibel und zuvorkommend! Das Anwesen kann ich nur jedem empfehlen, egal ob als Gruppe oder Familie. Danke für den schönen Urlaub, wir sehen und im nächsten Jahr!

maison prevue pour 6 personnes manque de vaisselle mais surtout de propreté

quand nous sommes arrivés dans cette location dont le ménage nous avait on dit était fait , nous avons trouvé une hotte aspirante remplie de gras, le four idem, la porte accordéon de la salle de bain cassée( je l'ai réparée moi même, d’après une des employées de l'agence lolmede ou nous avions pris les clef les occupants nous précédant étaient les propriétaires , nous avons nettoyé la maison de fond en comble avant notre départ, bien pour les suivants
