Villa with private pool located in the heart of the party area of s'Arenal, on the famous Ham Street, next to the iconic Bierkönig. An unbeatable location for groups looking for fun, atmosphere and nightlife, with bars, nightclubs, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach just a few steps away. In just 3 minutes walking, you can reach the beach.



The property is located on a private plot of 540 m², ideal for enjoying the day with friends, relaxing in the private pool, sunbathing or sharing meals in the barbecue area before going out at night.



The property has 110 m² built, distributed across four bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with capacity to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The interior offers a comfortable and bright space with a living room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, perfect for preparing meals and gathering before starting the night.



In the exterior, next to the swimming pool, there is garden furniture to relax, eat or have something with views of the garden.



Important information: the accommodation is located right in the centre of the party zone of s'Arenal, so it is not suitable for resting at night. Only young groups are accepted. Families are not accepted.

Een bed met een bijzonder mooie tuin

De villa bestaat uit twee gebouwen. De 3 persoons slaapkamer zit appart van de andere kamers. De kamers zijn prima, alleen het feit dat er geen airco is, is bijna afschrikkend. Het hele bed volzweten en de volgende dag weer in dat zelfde bed zwemmen is niet heel hygiënisch. De reden dat deze villa bijzonder maakt is de tuin, die onwijz groot is met genoeg ligplek. Wel wordt je 24/7 bekeken door bovenstaande appartementen. De plek is voor jongeren heel goed aangezien de bierkönig er terreliik naast is. Dit trekt af en toe wel dronken Duitsers aan. Kortom, deze villa huren is geschikt voot jongeren die hun hygiëne opzij kunnen schuiven en simpelweg lekker gaan zuipen met hun vrienden.

Perfekt für den Partyurlaub

Das Haus liegt direkt hinter dem Bierkönig und ist damit für Feierwütige absolut perfekt. Durch die etwas höhere Lage und den Zaun, ist man von der Straße nicht zu sehen und kann den privaten Pool genießen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und im großen Kühlschrank ist genug Platz. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war jederzeit super freundlich und sehr schnell. Leider hatten wir im Haupthaus ein paar Kakerlaken und die Sauberkeit ließ an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas zu Wünschen übrig. In Summe hatten wir jedoch einen super Urlaub in einem wirklich tollen Haus direkt an der Partymeile! ;-)

Super Finca für einen Partyurlaub

Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war hervorragend. Das Objekt sauber und dem beschriebenen Standart entsprechend. Alle Party-, Einakuf, Starndmöglichkeiten war sehr kurzläufig zu erreichen. Lediglich die Baustellen um das kleine Gebäude könnten stören. Wir haben diese ausgeblendet und hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Tolle Partylocation für alle Altersgruppen. Kurze Wege.

Die Buchung und die Betreuung vor Ort waren vorbildlich. Sehr detaillierte Infos vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt. Ausstattung super. Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen. Der Pool ist eine der schönsten Ausstattungen der Finca. Inklusive Beleuchtung eine echte Bereicherung für das Ambiente. Die Lage direkt hinterm Bierkönig ist für Partyliebhaber ideal. Kurze Wege zu allen Locations. Einzige Kritikpunkte von uns sind die extrem weichen Matratzen in den Betten und die im Haupthaus zu kleine Duschkabine. Im Nebenhaus ist die Dusche nur durch einen Vorhang abzutrennen, was leider zu Überschwemmungen führen kann. Leider keine Klimaanlage in den Gebäuden; dafür gibt es Standventilatoren. Alles in allem die perfekte Finca für Partyliebhaber jeden Alters!
