Enormous villa with private pool located in s'Aranjassa, very close to Palma and very well connected with all the roads on the island.



This fantastic property stands out for its large private swimming pool, next to a spacious barbecue area where you can relax and rest during your holidays. Upon entering the villa, you access through its large and spacious living-dining room, it has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests. Likewise, it has 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, terrace and garden.



As its main feature, it stands out for its enormous garden area. It has fantastic road or highway connections to travel to any point on the island, with several beaches within a 2km radius. The village, s'Aranjassa, is only 800 metres away, where you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc.

Der Ablauf war super unkompliziert. Da wir im Dunkeln angekommen sind, hatten wir zunächst Schwierigkeiten die Einfahrt zu finden, da man eine sehr lange Straße wirklich bis fast zum Ende fahren muss es nicht so aussieht als würden dort noch Häuser kommen. Das Grundstück und das Haus waren toll und gepflegt. Als wir ankamen waren die Textilien etwas klamm, aber alles keine große Sache. Es war genügend Platz da und es hat alles funktioniert. Der Pool war sehr gepflegt. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren zu 4 dort , und hatten da ein schönen Aufenthalt , wir wurden informiert das jemand kommt und einmal den Rasen mäht , was uns nicht gestört hat , auch um den Pool wurde sich gekümmert , Kommunikation war Einwand frei ! Die Terasse ist sehr einladet ! Gerne wieder
