Moli37 (Tourist Registration Number ETV/9707) is a stunning holiday home in the Santa Catalina neighborhood, centrally located in Palma de Mallorca with breathtaking views of the port. The house features a beautiful rooftop terrace, ideal for enjoying the island’s sunny climate and views of the Bay of Palma. Please note, it is situated in a lively nightlife district.



The property has three floors:



Ground floor: Living room with Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with designer appliances and osmosis-treated water, laundry area, and toilet.

Second floor: Bedroom with a balcony and shower room.

Top floor: Rooftop terrace with panoramic views.

Renovated in January 2023, the house is well-equipped for comfort, including two air conditioning units (hot/cold).

In 2025, construction along the promenade may cause occasional noise.

Great stay in Palma

Great location, and good value for our four-day stay. Very clean on arrival. The design of the house is very modern and attractive. The kitchen is well equipped. The property has plenty of storage for your clothes. The heating/air conditioner unit was easy to use, with separate remote controls for each floor. Also, wi-fi worked well. The rooftop is gorgeous, and a great place to sit with some wine and watch the ships sailing in the distance. The rooftop also has a clothesline in case you want to do some laundry. One minor issue– the bed was not quite firm enough for us, but others may find it ok.
