Lage super Möbel sehr abgewohnt
Die (Küchen-) möbel waren uralte abgenutzte Ikea-Schränke.
Die Garage ist nicht richtig von der Wohnung getrennt: Alle Geräusche der Passanten auf der Strasse schallen ungedämpft bis in die Wohnung.
Aber die tolle Lage in der Altstadt, fußläufig zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist super und macht vieles wett!

Off season Palma visit
Not in such a new condition as advertised. Plenty of Room and storage. Shower area in the bedroom needs to addressed. Holder doesn't hold the shower head and water seeps out into the bedroom. Plastic coating is shabby. Good shower in garage. All main requirements addressed but lacking in small details e.g. no kitchen paper, tissues, soap, wine glasses provided. Heating unit not very effective. Excellent location for the city and nice and quiet

procédure un peu complexe suite a la réservation...
on reçoit des tonnes d'emails, doit remplir un veritable questionnaire de police sur les occupants et au final pour ensuite sur place discuter en derniere minute via whatsapp si on a un vehicule de location pour obtenir le permis donnant accès a la zone de traffic restreint ou se situe l'appt... (le permis ne donne que le droit de circuler et pas de stationner dans la zone)
je precise aussi qu'on vous demandera obligatoirement une caution de 250€ a payer en ligne sur le site du proprietaire avec des frais non remboursés. Idem pour le loyer qui n'est pas prélevé par Abritel dans ce cas précis.
A NOTER !!! la rue est etroite et tout vehicule qui n'est pas un petit véhicule ne pourra pas rentrer dans le garage compris dans la location... nous avions une 2008 et impossible sans prendre de risque d'accrocher ou alors au prix de 36 manoeuvres que je n'ai pas voulu tenter avec un véhicule que je n'ai que depuis 1h...
le logement est un peu bruyant (rue) et bien plus sombre que sur les photos. En plus nous n'avions pas les manivelles pour manoeuvrer les stores qui du coup sont restés a moitié fermés tout le séjour... en consequence peu de lumiere le jour et la lumiere des lampadaires la nuit pour ceux qui dorment dans la piece du bas...
sinon logement bien situé a proximité de tout, avec un equipement minimaliste mais correct
