Cody and developer Paul Trousdale - known for the Beverly Hills Trousdale Estates - the community offers a perfect retreat for desert-goers that's surrounded by lush green gardens.

The stylish interior presents new furnishings and appliances, while the exterior has three patios. The outdoor space paired with walls of windows makes the rental feel all the more spacious.

When venturing out, the unbeatable locale is close to various hiking trails, golf courses, and trendy shopping. Downtown is about 5 minutes away.

Detailed with mid-century modern furniture and floor-to-ceiling windows, the welcoming living area is a prime place to relax. A Roku TV sets the scene for movie nights.
