Getting around Palm Springs is easy and we are just 2-3 miles from downtown Palm Springs. Uber and Taxis are readily available, as are walking, bike rentals, and the city bus. We have eight off-street parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served basis; however, there is plenty of free street parking on Grenfell Rd as well.

In accordance with 🌴 Palm Springs city regulations, all guests are required to complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgement form prior to arrival. The Muse Hotel will contact you to manage these requirements after your booking is finalized.

☼ Pet Policy:
Up to two pets are welcome per room. Pre-approval is required with an additional fee of $100 for the first pet and $25 for the second pet per stay. Unapproved pets will result in a $500 fine per pet. All pets must be taken off hotel grounds for relief, and waste must be disposed of in proper containers. Pets should never be left unattended.

☼ Parking:
Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis with 8 spots provided on-site.

☼ Quiet Hours:
Amplified music is not allowed outside of your hotel room. Music may not be heard at the property lines at any time of the day (that includes music coming from inside the rooms).

Nighttime hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. Please consider moving indoors after 10 pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices. Please remember our neighborhoods are quiet, surrounded by mountains, and voices can easily carry.

☼ POOL TIME: Pool time is one of the most popular activities to enjoy in Palm Springs. Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level. Continued and ongoing screaming for an extended period of time is one way to disturb the neighbors. Please be thoughtful. Pool hours are from 8AM-10PM daily.

☼ CANCELLATION POLICY
Direct Bookings:
Cancel anytime up to 48 hours before check-in, minus a 5% processing fee. For cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, a one-night penalty will apply.
Please note: All refunds will be subject to a 5% processing fee.
Other OTA Bookings (Expedia, VRBO):
The cancellation policy of the respective platform will be followed. All refunds will be subject to a 5% processing fee.
Airbnb Bookings:

🚭 No Smoking Policy!

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of this property. We’ve installed a Wynd Sentry smoke detector in each room, which detects recreational smoke. If any guest violates this policy, a $500 fee will be charged. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for all our guests!
