This 2 bathroom condo is conveniently located with an easy walk to beautiful downtown Palm Springs. This unit has been very well cared with many updates. It has fully stocked kitchen which is perfect for the chef in the family. There are beautiful finishes, built-ins and a big dining table, perfect for parties. All of this is in a complex with 4 heated pools and 4 spas just a few steps away from your door. Beautiful mountain views abound from the expansive veranda which also serves as an outside living & dining area. The patio has its own spiral staircase that leads directly down to the pools and hot tubs. The complex has lush grounds that have been professionally designed and landscaped. The association members are welcoming to renters and host monthly social hours/activities for you to enjoy while basking in the desert sunshine. To top it off, there is free in-condo laundry and a covered parking spot in the gated and secure lot right under your unit.. It’s time to relax and enjoy the comforts of this beautiful home that has been intentionally created to provide a peaceful oasis for you in the desert sunshine.
