The pool area in this hotel is great for families!!! The staff by the pool is super friendly and they are there to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Very nice stay. Staff is excellent Pool is nice, bar staff excellent, plenty of towels

Our stay at the Indian Wells Renaissance Wells exceeded all expectations. The restaurants, grounds, lounge areas, and pool were impeccably kept and lovely. The staff across all hotel locations were personable and helpful.

I was just trying to escape the city for my 30th birthday when we booked this hotel. Never did I imagine that we will be pleasantly surprised by the accommodating staff, and the good food the hotel has to offer. we also found seats around the hotel, near the golf course, that became our spot. This hotel is to 100 find relaxation time, more for family trips, or small couples getaway. Will definitely go back again.

We booked about 7 months in advance (didn't want rooms to sell out for Coachella). It was absolutely gorgeous to wake up and see the mountains and the pool all in the same view. Service was great in the restaurants. We all booked a massage on our third day and it was fantastic. All three of us loved our massages! It was much needed with all the walking at Coachella. We would stay here again.

Nice pool for the family especially for the kids. GLO restaurant had good food selection including sushi bar. will visit again.

Our family had a good time. Perfect resort for weekend family getaway!

The hotel was comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff was helpful. The location of the hotel is a good distance from dining and shopping areas in the city. The pool was a bit crowded, but it is expected for a holiday weekend. Overall, it was a good experience.

Valet staff were great. I drive a Tesla and charging is self serve, but the 2 free stations are in the front row of the valet area and as close to the front lobby as any car can be parked. Robert from Valet followed me in a golf car to give me a ride back - saved me a 50 yard walk! The hotel staff were wonderful. We had a great golf course and mountains view. The only problem was the hair dryer would shut off after 2 minutes of use on "low". Annoying, but in another wise clean and nice room, not a big deal. The biggest problem is the way the staff handled the overcrowding near the pool. Problems are expected on a July 4th weekend, but lack of consistent policy by the staff made the over people staking out chairs in the early morning but never using them until after noon, resulted in staff-induced confrontations between guests and made the weekend unnecessarily stressful for many people. Overall, though, once lounge chairs were sorted out, the weekend experience was wonderful and we would return.

The hotel had beautiful grounds. The pool was great for little kids with the sandy beach side and 1 foot deep areas. The poolside food was good but a little expensive. Enjoyed the fire pit outside at night time. Not much to do in the area though. We will return again.

Overall our experience was good. It's a very nice reairt for a family with children. The service staff was also very friendly. The bedding and mattresses could use an upgrade. The sheets weren't fitted properly and kept bunching up throughout the night. There was also a blanket under the sheets, which was also bunching up. The mattress had a lot of stains on it. I would recommend that they invest in some new mattresses and mattress covers/padding. We also requested an additional duvet cover but never got a knock on the door. We found it outside the door the next day. We didn't even have a do. It disturb sign, so it was strange. I gave the feedback to the manager and they asked us to come back for another night, complimentary. We will try it again and hope for a better experience next time.

Good pool area for small children. Staff was very friendly with the exception of one who may have been having an off day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, we stayed in a corner room for the added space but I would not again for the added cost, unless I was going to have a roll-away or crib brought in. We did enjoy the room service, food was good and the service was fast.

Usually stay in Palm Springs, but location was very convenient to HITS horse show we were attending and also to PSP airport. Good fitness center, coffee shop makes a respectable SBX Americano and despite a huge wedding going on the hotel was nice and quiet. Already recommended it to others at the horse show.

REIW Resort & Spa is amazing from the carpets that look like they are strewn with rose petals to the wonderful personal care received! Beautiful views, clean, comfortable rooms, friendly personnel, and great service! Even the 2 restaurants had great service and wonderful food! We had a wonderful New Year's celebration too!

The hotel and the great pool really exceeded our expectations. Our kids loved the fact that one end of the pool was literally a "beach" with white sand. The pool was extremely clean considering that it was open till 11 PM and was busy for the most part. The pool bar was nice with helpful staff. The elevator to the pool was over on the other side of the building but we figured out that a regular elevator could also be utilized for the purpose. Cava restaurant dinner menu turned out to be surprisingly good, the staff not so much. Didn't even bother to ask for sides and drinks for the kids' menus. Breakfast was OK.

parking and checkin was great - no issues - resort fee on the high side. A little pricey overall for a summer rate

The rooms are very comfortable and the pool is very nice. The spa is very relaxing and the staff are more than helpful.

Just stayed one night with a friend for a birthday weekend. Large, pristine resort but seemed to lack any personality or inviting feel. Seemed like a great place for families - great pool! Free Starbucks coffee in the morning was probably the highlight, we jetted right back to our favorite resort for the rest of the trip.

Overall an excellent experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful; particularly liked the pool and lounge - an excellent place to hang out in the evening. I tried most of the restaurants and found the food quite good; particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. My one slight complaint the the service in the restaurants was occasionally lacking. But that has to be weighed against the fact that I went in one of the busiest weeks (Paribas Tennis Tournament) and I ate at peak hours. Overall, was very, very pleased with the hotel and if I do return to Palm Springs, this is THE PLACE TO STAY.

We were in Indian Wells for the BNP Paribas tennis tournament & this hotel is about 1.5 miles from the courts. Several players & coaches staying there, but room rates seemed to increase with each round of the tournament. Very cordial & helpful staff & multiple on-site restaurants/bars. Beautiful location & very handy to Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Large footprint requires longer than usual walks from room to elevators. Would like to go back for a longer stay.
