Escape to this beautifully updated condo located on the 7th fairway with lake and mountain views. Experience playing a round of golf at Palm Desert Resort Country Club with its challenging renovated 18 hole par 72 public golf course.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo also includes new flooring and furniture throughout, vaulted ceilings, and an updated fully-equipped kitchen and new stainless steel appliances. Wake up with a cup of coffee and a breathtaking view from the primary bedroom which includes a king size bed, flatscreen TV and private bathroom. The quaint, cozy guest bedroom includes queen size bed and flatscreen TV. Feels like a boutique luxury hotel with the comforts of home. There is also a washer and dryer for your extended stay.

The patio is the best feature with stunning views. During the day you can relax in the shade on the patio with a book, or for those that must “work”, the patio table can be a perfect “second office” ​ that will surely not feel like work. In the evening, enjoy a glass of wine, beer or your favorite beverage while enjoying the beautiful mountains by the fire pit as the sun sets. The full, well-equipped kitchen has all you will need to cook your best recipes or you can grill on the BBQ.

​In addition to the golf course at Palm Desert Resort Country Club, it also includes a driving range, putting green, chipping area and practice bunker to work on your game. There are multiple tennis/pickleball courts if golf isn’t your style. The golf course, tennis courts (7) and pickleball courts (24) are all open to the public for a small fee. Be sure to check out the golf pro shop or tennis/pickle ball lounge for all your needs. If you are hungry, be sure to visit the café for breakfast or lunch. The clubhouse is now open and includes dining, bar and lounge area. Food is delicious! The clubhouse is open to the public.

After a round of golf or a game of tennis or pickleball, you can enjoy one of the community salt water pools/jacuzzis to help soothe your muscles. There are 20 community salt water pools/jacuzzis within the resort if you want a change of scenery. The resort is also beautiful for nice leisurely walks for some good exercise.

Overall great experience

Palm Desert Resort

Aimee and Sean were easy to contact and very friendly. The house was clean and the furniture was comfortable, especially the bed and sectional. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of linens.The house was smaller than we expected. There was no garage so our belongings needed to be stored in the second bedroom. We were relived that our guests didn’t show because the space didn’t accommodate more than two people comfortably.I would recommend instruction for using the TV and the thermostat. We had difficulty navigating both.The barbecue didn’t have gas and the closest swimming pool was a quarter of a mile away.. I realize it’s not the host responsibility but the pool and pool furniture were dirty.

Beautiful place! Clean and well decorated with many nice touches! However we found it a bit small if we had had 2 couples. Not a large space but very cozy!! Enjoyed our stay! Beautiful views!

We had a great stay. The decor and touches were great and the views from the master bedroom of the sunrise were spectacular! The views form the clubhouse of sunset are also amazing. Location is close to a ton of golf and food options.

The property is exactly as pictured, very clean with every amenity one needs from a roaster to glassware to BBQ tools. Lots of tv's and lounging furniture both inside and out. The pool is wonderful, literally a two minute walk from the condo and the property safe and secure. The hosts were excellent with communication. I would stay here again.

Fabulous property right on the Fairway with Waterview and Mountain View. Doesn’t get much better than this. Home is very clean and well stocked. Property owners are very attentive to the last detail and very responsive if you should need anything. Would love to come back and visit next year.

Our vacation in Palm Springs was just what we needed thanks to our stay at Aimee and Sean’s beautiful condo. Their attention to detail was amazing and helped us to get comfortable almost immediately after walking through the front door. Reunion in Palm Desert

Two senior couples gathered again in Palm Springs area. Wonderful stay on the golf course with a lovely, large patio where we spent breakfasts, lunches and usually evenings when cool air returned. The host was amazing-very responsive. Check in was seamless. Patio and kitchen were well equipped, linen supplies more than ample. The unit is beautifully appointed. Amiee has taken great pains to ensure the comfort of her guests Great for a couple but due to overall size, limited storage space, cozy size of the second bedroom, and compact size of the ensuite bath, the unit is probably not suitable for sharing with another couple.

Amazing Property and Outstanding Hosts!

The property was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway in the desert. The condo is beautifully decorated and so well stocked and appointed. I really felt like we were being welcomed into their home. The Best Getaway

A small group of us came to the desert for Coachella & had the absolute best stay at Aimee & Sean’s place! Everything was so well thought out, the house is stocked with everything you need & then some for a perfect stay. Aimee & Sean checked in on us through out the stay as well. We accidentally locked our selves out super late at night & felt terrible about it but they were very responsive & helped us get back in quickly. Would love to come back again & spend more time at this lovely property. The golf course is so quite & peaceful in the mornings, we loved having breakfast on the patio.

Phenomenal!

This property had everything we needed and more! It was so nice to eat breakfast every morning facing the mountains and the fairway! As avid golfers we were always about 20-30 minutes away from the most beautiful courses. The hosts communicated all the details we needed to know for an easy stay. In addition, they have impeccable decorating taste and provided us with all the luxuries of home. We will definitely be back!
