Centrally-located condo in heart of Palm Springs, this thoughtfully updated 663 sq. ft. 1 bed/1 bath space boasts a 150+ sq. ft. balcony, full kitchen, and sweeping mountain/courtyard views. The complex is equipped with a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, coin-op laundry room, and gated parking garage. Shops, restaurants, bars, clubs, convention center, and the Agua Caliente casino are all blocks away.

Built in 1966 the Villa Alejo condominium complex began as a hotel that was frequented by the likes of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis Jr. Today, it stands as the closest condominium complex to downtown's Palm Canyon Drive, Palm Springs' famed main street.

Great Stay

Great location, short walk to many bars and restaurants. The building is a bit older and as a result the elevator nearest the provided parking space was down quite a bit. However, the elevator on the other side is just a short walk through the garage. Secure parking and building in a great downtown location. I never had any issues but Brian was easily accessible and provided me with building updates and info regularly.
