This very private, completely walled, and gated property will make you feel like you're staying at your own mini resort. It's all here in your own private slice of Poolside Palm Paradise; including a large pebble tec pool with integrated spa that's surrounded by spectacular mountain views.

There's plenty of outdoor seating, both poolside and in the shade. Inside the home, your guests can enjoy the pool view from behind the large glass windows that allow the Palm Springs sunshine to pour into the house. There's also board games, a gas fireplace, and a large smart television for all your subsciption based accounts. With Central air conditioning, light walls, and tiled flooring throughout the living area help to ensure that the desert heat stays outside.

The full kitchen features a French door refrigerator, as well as a breakfast bar, slab granite countertops, and a round dining table that keeps everyone in the conversation.

Both guest bedrooms feature a Queen bed, ceiling fan, and are comfortably outfitted for a restful night's sleep after playing out in the sun all day. The primary bedroom showcases a King size bed, smart tv, ceiling fan, and an ensuite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms share the hallway bathroom that features a shower/tub combo.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder:Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $99. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
