Bright and colorful, this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath home offers plenty of room for sun and fun - inside & out! From quiet breakfasts to sparkling pool time, to a night of serious board games or movie marathons, this cozy retreat is a great space to call your own and relax from your daily cares.

Located on a large lot, in a quiet residential neighborhood, PS Playhouse opens to a large open concept living space with a kaleidoscope entryway and pink shag carpets reminiscent of mid-century Palm Springs heydays. An unusual feature of this home is the bonus area off the large and bright front living space, providing room to spread out with the front living room and dining area seamlessly flowing together. This is an excellent space to spread out and play a game or enjoy the stunning views of the San Jacinto mountains through the front windows. An oversized, well-stocked, eat-in kitchen is the perfect space to create elaborate meals, or an ongoing buffet of snacks and appetizers to keep the games going with an additional casual dining table that seats six. Off the back of the kitchen is an easy access laundry room and storage that additionally opens poolside. The family room is a great less-formal place to gather for movie night with a huge smart TV or to lounge in front of the fireplace on the cooler desert winter evenings.

The bedrooms lie off the front entry on one side of the home. Sleeping arrangements consist of two lively guest bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed) that share the hall bathroom with shower/tub combo and the primary suite which sits on the back side of the home with a large smart flat screen TV, writing desk and French doors leading poolside. The ensuite bathroom features a shower/tub combo and dual sinks.

Playtime is in full effect in the backyard where the whole crew will enjoy a large sparkling pool and in-ground spa with plenty of seating and lounging areas under a fully covered patio that runs the length of the home. Have your meals poolside at a dining table that seats eight or enjoy a cocktail in the shade while still keeping everything in sight. Need space for the kids (or furkids) to run around? The Playhouse is stocked with lawn games like Bocce ball and bean bag toss as well an array of fun pool floats. The backyard offers great natural grass space for outdoors games and fun or to run off some steam and is surrounded by ficus trees for a private tropical paradise. When the sun goes down, fire up the grill, roast some marshmallows over the fire pit and relax under the stars or enjoy a night swim in the pool.

There's plenty to keep you entertained or just let your hair down and relax.
This beautiful vacation rental is just minutes from historic downtown and the not-to-be-missed Aerial Tramway. Experience the essentials of our special city, with its many spas, world-class golfing, boutiques, museums, art galleries, dining, coffee houses, hiking, biking, bars and night clubs in your home away from home.

It should be noted the city has a vacation rental ordinance with a noise clause that is strictly enforced. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Special events like weddings are NOT allowed.

- Pool Heat is optional but available for $69/day; usually appropriate to heat the pool mid-October to late June. Some advertising platforms will have us add pool heat after booking. Feel free to confirm as necessary.
- Where pet(s) are accepted, this is dog(s) only and we cannot host any other kind of animals in our home.
