• All pets must be approved before arrival
• Unauthorized pets or additional guests beyond city limits may result in penalties or eviction under Palm Springs vacation rental regulations.

Palm Springs Vacation Rental Rules

To comply with City of Palm Springs vacation rental regulations, guests must provide:

• Photo ID
• Signed rental agreement
• Signed Palm Springs rules acknowledgment

Additional rules include:

• Primary renter must be 25 years or older
• Only registered guests may stay at the property
• No subletting
• The primary renter must be the first to check in

Palm Springs quiet hours are 10 PM – 10 AM.

Please ensure music and noise are not audible outside the property in accordance with the city’s vacation rental ordinance.

Property Maintenance & Safety

To maintain the property:

• Pool service – Tuesdays & Fridays (early morning)
• Landscaping service – Thursdays

Safety features include:

• Fire extinguishers in kitchen, master bedroom, and BBQ area

This is a non-smoking property.

Due to the high-risk desert fire zone, fireworks, open flames, and tiki torches are not permitted. Please turn off the BBQ and fireplaces when not in use. They both use natural gas.

The den fireplace is currently not operational, though two other fireplaces in the home are available.

Important Note About Air Conditioning in the Desert:

To ensure our cooling systems operate efficiently throughout your stay, we follow recommended guidelines from local HVAC professionals for desert climates. During peak summer months when outdoor temperatures regularly exceed 100°F, we maintain thermostat settings within a range that keeps the systems running safely and effectively. Due to the uniquely low humidity of the Coachella Valley desert air, the home feels significantly cooler and more comfortable than the same temperature would in more humid climates — most guests are pleasantly surprised!

In summer months to help maintain a comfortable environment, please keep all doors and the garage closed and window shades drawn in sun-facing areas during the warmer parts of the day. The estate has multiple AC units which are regularly professionally maintained and monitored to keep them running safely and efficiently.

Setting the thermostat to extreme temperatures during peak heat can cause system failure, leaving the property without cooling entirely and potential liability. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep everyone comfortable throughout your stay.

Exterior security cameras are installed for property protection only and do not monitor interior spaces. Cameras face:
