All bedrooms have King beds, smart TVs, direct backyard access to the saltwater pool, a free-standing spa on its private lanai, a natural gas fire pit, and a gas BBQ. There’s plenty of outdoor seating, both poolside and in the shade—dining for 6 with a retractable awning. Guests can enjoy board games inside the home in front of the retro gas fireplace. Central air conditioning, light walls, and terrazzo tile flooring ensure the desert heat stays outside. Strong Wi-Fi (fastest, 552mbps download and 18 Mbps upload) is available throughout the home and pool areas. Pool heat is an additional charge of $75 per day, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to have the pool heated. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival. Hot tub heating is availableat no charge at the home and activated using a remote.
