Charming mediterranean style home, with gorgeous updates. Open floor plan, great for entertaining. High end appliances, porcelain countertops, restored tile floors and gorgeous furnishings. Beautiful private grounds with oval pool, dining area with seating for 8, bbq, and smoker. Sitting area, and plenty of seating around pool. Three bedrooms, 3 baths in main house. Casita with two bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Fabulous location, just two blocks to the downtown core area, with restaurants, shopping, etc. Five bikes for your use. This is a peaceful, relaxing place to wake up to every morning. You will love being here.
