Come check out one of the great works by pioneering architect William Krisel. Signature gambled roofline and high clerestory windows are some great features to marvel. This 3BD/2BA vacation home checks all the boxes that are required to have a stress-free and enjoyable time in the desert. Plenty of social spaces, inside and out. A fully-stocked designer kitchen, a large backyard with heated pool & hot tub, spacious fire pit area with built-in seating, even a small bistro table outside the primary bedroom to take in the desert mornings. The space really is a nice throw-back to the mid-century modern greatness that defines Palm Springs. Located in a neighborhood of similar homes and situated on a quiet street with minimal traffic.

POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay.
Rates vary by season:
-November–March: $75/night
-April, May, October: $50/night
-Not needed in other months

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.
HOT TUB: Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay.

-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-City Ordinance requires guests submit a government-issued ID to Ryson prior to you accessing the rental property.
