The layout is perfect, with 4 bedrooms (all en-suite), 5 baths on two levels with over 2,600 sq. ft. of interior space. Downstairs, the bright, open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and features a soaring, two-story fireplace, a fully stocked chef's kitchen, and the 4th bedroom that is utilized as an office with futon bed.
The best feature of the home is in the yard where you can enjoy dinner al fresco under the pergola or relax by the custom outdoor stone fireplace, all while taking in the stunning mountain views.
Back inside and up the beautifully tiled stairs, you will find the 3 guest ensuite quarters, each with their own Smart TVs and private balconies with gorgeous views. The primary suite offers a King size bed and boasts a fireplace, large walk-in closet, and a fully updated en-suite bath with travertine floors, jetted tub, and oversized dual shower.
