Fabulous mid century condo in central Palm Springs with amazing mountains views
This centrally located condo in old las Palmas and the desirable design district is a 1960s gem with fabulous views of the San Jacinto mountains from the large patio. The condo is fully renovated with high end furniture and a fully functional kitchen. The complex was built in 1962 by famous American architect Joe Paul Rognstad, features a total of only 24 units and has a beautiful landscape with a sparkling recently renovated swimming pool. From the condo you can walk to all the great attractions that central Palm Springs has to offer including world class restaurants, bars and design shops. 2 large bedrooms with beautiful Scandinavian design queen beds and brand new carpet. Bathrooms are spacious and very stylish. Parking spaces are available for one car on either side of the building. The kitchen has everything you need including a Nespresso coffee maker plus a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
