The Demuth Park Delight

Welcome to Demuth Park! The largest park in Palm Springs offering a plethora of sporting opportunities.

Located just beside the park the home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living space is quaint but feels roomy. The living room and kitchen are open to one another and just off the living room you'll find the laundry room. In th other direction you'll find your 3 bedrooms.

Bedroom one and two are beside one another with the guest bathroom sitting right before the first guest room.
Your master suite with en-suite bathroom sits in the back of the home with easy private access to the back yard. 

The best part of the backyard . . . a new pool and in-ground spa.
Centrally located and only minutes to a great selection of stores, restaurants, and downtown.

Pool Heat
Pool heat is an additonal charge of $65 per day.  Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to have the pool heated. These fees will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival.  Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival.

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 25+
-Up to 2 dogs are allowed at a $100/stay total fee. Non-refundable once paid
-Sorry, not Feline Friendly
-Guests will sign a "Terms and Conditions" form and provide your ID before arrival.
