This property features an artistically furnished 1940 California cottage, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main home and a detached 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom casita, located in the beautiful historic Warm Sands neighborhood of Palm Springs, exudes the charm and character of another era.
From the moment you walk through the front gate, you are greeted by privacy hedges reminiscent of a private compound, a large modern saltwater pool and spa and outdoor spaces with a fire pit around the pool to sit and relax while enjoying the mountain views and resort feeling for which Palm Springs has always been known. Once inside the main home, you'll immediately enter the beautifully appointed living room, centered around a cozy fireplace and beamed, vaulted ceilings. Just off the living space is the open dining area, with sliding doors overlooking the private backyard oasis and adjacent to a beautiful kitchen, equipped with pro cook’s appliances and separate closet with full-size washer and dryer. An outdoor gas barbeque is adjacent to the kitchen. The two comfortable bedrooms, both, feature king size beds and en suite bathrooms.
Additionally, an artistically furnished 1941 detached casita, features vaulted ceilings in the open living and kitchen area and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom en suite. A walk-in closet features another full-size washer and dryer. The casita has 2 entrances: one via double French doors off the beautifully landscaped backyard, and another door leading to the backyard from the bedroom.
A gated driveway offers 2-car tandem parking. A gate accesses the property from the driveway.
