The private resort-style pool area boasts incredible mountain views, heated pool with integrated spa, outdoor dining area, and gas firepit. Casa Palma includes a spacious concept floor plan, two car garage, and two drive-way parking spaces. 6 Min. from downtown-Palm Canyon Drive.
THE INTERIOR LIVING SPACES
This designer chic vacation home has a great vibe. The focus is on easy, livable comfort. Bright light and a 1,400 square foot floor plan with glass doors that blur the lines between indoor & outdoor living. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all open to each other. Enjoy plenty of space for your entire group to relax and kickback. CASA PALMA is newly remodeled, and everything has been updated for the way we live today - including new bathrooms, new kitchen, upgraded heating and cooling systems, high speed internet, 2 flat screen Smart TVs, and a gas fireplace. The new kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances. The dining area has seating for 6 and flows into the living room.
THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Anchored by a heated pool and spa, the back yard contains 4 chaise lounges to assist with your Southern California tan. Enjoy shaded and full sun areas, a gas BBQ, and a modern firepit lounge area with spectacular mountain views. Completely walled for privacy, the pool area is dotted with plantings and towering palm trees. It’s a great space for living the good life!
SLEEPING QUARTERS
All of the bedrooms feature a comfortable hotel-quality mattress and ample storage. The deluxe master suite is gorgeous. It has a king size bed with an en-suite bath and direct pool access from the bedroom. The two queen size bed guest rooms share easy access to the hall bathroom.

Located in the Flora Vista neighborhood with peace and privacy, you'll be less than a mile to the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive.
