Unwind in the relaxing outdoor space on this property, which enjoys lots of modern conveniences without sacrificing on classic Palm Springs design. The elegant saltwater pool with attached spa is the focal point of this modern outdoor paradise. Surrounded by a lush lawn and colorful poolside loungers, it calls for a chic bathing suit and a matching chic cocktail.

When you need a break from the sun, sidle up to the whimsical covered bar area for a cold drink or relax in the outdoor lounge. The latter features a semi- covered space with its own wet bar, mini fridge, bathroom, and convenient outdoor shower. Come meal time, chefs will appreciate the large 6-burner grill island with plenty of prep space and featuring a rotisserie and pizza oven.

Twelve can dine al fresco in the covered dining space. After dinner, gather around the gas fire pit and take in the gorgeous night sky with an expansive view of the San Jacinto Mountains to the west.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
This 4-bed, 3-bath property accommodates up to 8 adults and 2 children.

In the primary suite, you’ll wake up to a superb view of the backyard right from the comfortable California king bed and easily access the pool via the sliding glass door. The modern en-suite bath has a smartly tiled shower with dual shower heads.

Down the hallway you’ll find two more comfortable guest bedrooms, each with a king bed, plenty of closet space and gorgeous mountain views.

The junior suite features a queen bed, its own en-suite bath, a dedicated a/c wall unit and both mountain and pool views with walk-out access. All four bedrooms have their own flat-screen TV with Roku so guests can access their own Netflix, Apple TV, etc. or choose from dozens of free programming channels.
