Located in esteemed Palm Valley Country Club, this updated and fully loaded 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is ready to dazzle! Savor peaceful moments on your private patio with panoramic views of the lush golf course, tranquility ponds, water fountains, and palm trees…not to mention the dramatic backdrop of mountains. One of the club’s many pools and hot tubs is just steps away! Centrally located to the all the best golf, dining, and shopping Palm Desert has to offer..we welcome you to shangri la!
This is a single level condo...no one is above or below you. There are no stairs!
It is a very open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and an extra-large ceiling fan. Oversized ceramic tile throughout with the exception of neutral carpet in bedrooms.
There is a gas fireplace and bar area in the main room and a dining area with seating for six.
The main living room and the master bedroom faces the golf course views and tranquility pond water features.
Everything in the condo is brand new (Oct 2022) with the exception of the California King bed in the guest bedroom. It was hardly used and has a double mattress for added comfort so we kept it! It is a Murphy Bed so you can tuck it away to make this room an exercise room or office!
The master bedroom has a new king size bed. All bedding, pillows, and towels (including beach towels) throughout are new.
We've provided new end-tables and dressers, hangers, and luggage racks for each bedroom. Both bedrooms have large closets with mirrored doors.
The new couch in the main room is a queen size sleeper sofa, and we provide all new linens to make up this bed in a sealed bag in a closet.
We purchased and wall mounted a 65 inch Smart TV for the living room and a 55 inch Smart TV in the master bedroom and a 43 inch Smart TV in the guest bedroom. Every TV is connected to the local cable company, and we provide extended channels including HBO....feel free to use Netflix, Hulu, etc with your own log in. Free wireless internet access is provided.
Your private (interlocking paver) patio boasts golf course, mountain, and lake/pond views with fountains, waterfalls, lush privacy bushes, and of course...palm trees! We placed a teak bistro set right outside (and separate sliding glass door access to) the master bedroom. We added deep seated furniture (loveseat and 2 matching chairs) and a propane fire pit/table for outdoor dining/enjoyment on the main patio off the main room/living room (access with sliding glass doors). We also purchased a tall patio heater for cooler mornings and evenings. We supply 2 full propane tanks!
The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and we fully furnished it with all new dishes, cookware, silverware, and glassware for 8. We provide a Keurig coffee maker (k cups, sugar, Splenda, creamer is supplied) along with an air fryer (EVOO and spices provided), blender, and crockpot. There is a breakfast bar table with built-in USB connections (super convenient) and 3 stools in the kitchen. There is a large granite-topped passway between the kitchen and dining area that can be used as a buffet area or belly up by pulling over the 3 stools from the kitchen!
Both bathrooms have granite countertops and walk-in, ceramic tile showers with glass doors. The master bathroom has 2 sinks, and the guest bathroom can be closed off for entertainment-guest use, but there is also private access to the guest bedroom. There is a hair-dryer in each bathroom, and we provide shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash as well as other toiletries and thick body towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
There is a new grill located right off the kitchen (with sliding glass door access) in the private front courtyard. It is connected to our natural gas line. We provide all grill accessories. We've set up a bistro set with an umbrella in this area as well.
A cooler on wheels, mini Bluetooth speaker, beach towels, and plastic drinkware are provided for poolside fun!
We've provided games (Yahtzee, Scrabble, jigsaw puzzle, cards, UNO etc) for indoor fun and decorated with new and colorful wall hangings and thoughtful accessories to tie everything together.
Cleaning supplies for the condo and laundry detergent for the full size washer and dryer are provided.
Parking....we do have a 2 car garage but it is locked up as this is where we keep our personal items for when we are in town to use this vacation home. However, the driveway fits 2 cars easily and there is PLENTY of street parking right outside the condo.
Guest access You will have access to the entire condo.
Electronic lock is programmed with the last 4 numbers of the guest's phone number for easy entry. The 24/7 guarded front gate of Palm Valley Country Club will have the guest's name upon arrival to issue a pass into the community. Guests have access to the entire condo, 2 car garage, all the pools and spas. Guests also have access to Palm Valley Country Clubs restaurants, salon, and day spa on a pay as you go basis. We do not have a golf membership but there are beautiful public champion golf courses within minutes of Palm Valley Country Club!

Our host Liz has a very nice condo! She has a manager who was very helpful when we checked in - pretty easy process. The view was wonderful, the condo was furnished nicely - comfortable beds, lots of amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen nicely equipped, grill for guest use, patio was furnished nicely for morning coffee and evening happy hour. Loved watching all the beautiful hummingbirds and other water wildlife right outside. Pool was a few doors down, We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again. Thanks Liz. Barbara G.

The location of this Condo is great! Close to everything! The condo itself was well maintained. Two primary bedrooms with large bathrooms. Views were outstanding. Our host was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place to anyone heading to the Coachella Valley!
