Renovated home in Palm Desert's famous Sandpiper community! Spectacular mountain views from this Krisel mid-century 2 bed/2 bath is quintessential desert lifestyle living! Inviting outdoor patio to enjoy your morning coffee, enjoy a good book, entertain, sip an evening beverage or enjoy gorgeous sunsets! Exposed block walls, open beam ceilings with new paint, flooring, cabinetry, appliances and countertops. Enjoy the pool and hot tub, hikes and 3 min stroll to El Paseo's shops & restaurants. Our community requires a minimum 28-day rental period, making it ideal for seasonal stays. Monthly rentals only — check-in must be on the 1st of the month and check-out on the last day of the month (e.g., the entire month of January, February, etc.).

Mid Century Marvel

Sandpiper is an exceptional community - and a fantastic location, a short walk to all the restaurants and shops on El Paseo. The beautifully renovated mid-century condo was super comfortable and included everything needed to enjoy a long visit. I was there 6 weeks. The outlook over the pool, garden, and mountain view is spectacular. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming. The owner was quick to answer any questions. I've love to return!

Great Property and Location!

The house is mid-century modern tastefully updated and renovated. Great care taken to preserve the feel of the unit. Close to the pool, nice and friendly neighbors, beautiful grounds. And walking distance to El Paseo. Highly recommend this property!!

We love the El Paseo area in Palm Desert. This was a short distance to the restaurants and shops we love. Nicely located in the Coachella Valley to hiking and golfing.

Perfect location in comfortable unit

We were very comfortable in this 2-bed, fully equipped property. Easy access to shops and restaurants on El Paseo and easy to get to 111, 74 & US10. Kitchen fully equipped and everything we needed for a very enjoyable month in the sun! Friendly and helpful neighbours completed our stay.

Fun space with fabulous mountain view!

Fun space with Mountain View and gorgeous natural light in living room, dining area, and kitchen. Fresh uplifting renovation with all amenities and everything in top working condition at flip of the switch or by using handy remote. Cocktail ready atmosphere and expansive lounge-all-day mountain facing terrace yet quiet enough and easily repurposed for WFH, if necessary. Lovely stay! Wonderful host! Friendly, welcoming and helpful neighbors. Hope to stay again!!
