MONTEREY C.C. - South Facing.2 bedroom with a den with 1 king sized bed.

Spectacular- We live on our patio, it has incredible south facing views with all amenities including speakers for the satellite radio and Sonos. Outdoors we have new 2 full sized sofa's, 2 comfortable over sized chairs and plenty of seating at the dining table (6). A gas island grill, charcoal grill ,outdoor tv, fire ring and @1 heater. We are located right in the middle of the 6th fairway (beyond golf ball range) without the tee-box or green activities. The Club House is a 5 minute walk or less across the fairway. There are over 30 heated pools with Jacuzzis to choose from. We have every amenity available and more. I love music so there are speakers galore. We have outstanding views from the kitchen and living room which incudes the dining room for one great room. The bedding is high thread with pillow top mattresses. Towels, thick large bath sheets and plentiful. I could go on but it actually has everything in duplicate.

Spectaculor Desert Property: Best location in the Desert, near everything, restaurants, movies, shopping etc. Mountain views with the highly desired South facing location right on the golf course. This gated Monterey Country Club condo has been our vacation home for 20 years so its been highly maintained and upgraded . We love our home and are very proud of it. Please don't inquire for a party house. You get what you see in the pictures only better. This end unit has no road noise and everything that you would need for a very comfortable long or short term vacation.
The patio is an extension of our living room. In fact we spend most of our time there. You can even view the 65 inch flat screen from the patio or use the 35 inch tv outside. We also have 50 inch screens in all 2 of the bedrooms and den with 1 king sized bed .
The garage is 2 car and has rafts and bikes. We also keep an extra set of golf clubs on property. You wont be disappointed here. This is a guarded gated community but we also have our own security system. We have very few openings because of our repeat renters.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony or patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a ceiling fan. Housekeeping is available on request.

Wonderful vacation

The outside patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day. The beds were super comfy, clean sheets and loads of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and the entire condo was very welcoming. Greg our host was always prompt to respond to any questions we had and the space was absolutely perfect with tons of room to relax and enjoy the golf course view. The patio space was just amazing and i would highly recommend this home for anyone coming to the area for golf or just to relax and enjoy some rest. The pools and hot tubs were clean with pickel ball and tennis areas to enjoy as well. I will definitely return to this great property 👍

Enjoyable getaway

The condo was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the patio and spent a lot of our time enjoying that space when we weren’t at the pool or out exploring. The property has a great location and the owner was very pleasant to deal with. It is a little dated but well supplied. If we had a specific need the owner responded quickly and dealt with it. We brought our dog with us and it worked out just fine. Our stay was very enjoyable and we would definitely request a booking with him if we return to Palm Desert in the future.

Large, well-appointed, upscale country club fairway home!

Monterey Country Club is an older, but one of the finest, most central locations in the Coachella Valley. This condo certainly is a fully furnished and the patio is wonderful. We would highly recommend it. The landlord is very accommodating and goes out of their way to ensure that all things work well for your visit.

Beautiful Backyard

Great location, quiet/safe gated community, amazing back yard. We enjoyed many lunches and dinners outside watching the hummingbirds and golfers. Comfortable beds, very nice appliances, TVs in every bedroom an added bonus. The golf cart was awesome to get around to the many pools/hot tubs or to just tour around or go to the clubhouse for dinner. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect Home Away From Home

We had a wonderful stay at Greg and Leigh's home. It was comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed (and so much more) for great 10 day vacation. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of dishes, glasses, excellent cooking utensils. There was a wide variety of spices. I also really appreciated the abundance of sharp knives for every task. The beds were very comfortable-my wife had some of her best sleeps! The outdoor space was wonderful. The views of the golf course were very pleasant and the unit directly across the fairway had great lighting which added to the view at night. This is not an investment property it is their home and we feel fortunate to have stayed there. Thanks so much!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home over Christmas/New Years. The beds were very comfortable and the 3 bedrooms allowed our 2 grown children to have their own space. The home has all the amenities you need and the use of the golf cart to drive around the property was wonderful. The patio was lovely to enjoy the sunshine and I would definitely stay here again. Very quiet and secure property.

Great location perfect for our Group.

This home was everything we were looking for. The potion faces out to one of the fairways. We took advantage of the Bbq and the kitchen a lot. Shopping (Costco, Albetsons and Westlake mall are all nearby. We also used the pools, bike and spare golf clubs. At night there was a fireplace on the deck and a few big screen TVs throughout the house. This house is lived in but it felt like a home they have everything. We did not play the course a bit above our price range and skill level. But because this is Palm Springs Hess around the corner and play Suncrest CC. All in all this is an awesome place and we had a great stay we would highly recommend.
