At Challenge Course Hole 1, this Sycamore floor-planned home of approximately 2,000 square feet has an updated design of contemporary finishes featured in the flooring, surfaces, appliances, and fixtures. Bonuses include a tiled, floor-to-ceiling fireplace in the main living area and a generous use of glass with a slider to the patio of incredible lake and mountain views. Access to the kitchen is via a second slider where the kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances (gas stove) and an over-sized island for dining and prep that is adjacent to a separate dining space. More bonuses include two ensuite bedrooms with king beds--one with a private courtyard, a guest bathroom and bedroom with two double beds, Smart TVs in every room, a separate laundry room, and an attached garage housing a golf cart that is available for use. Guests must be at least 6 years of age.

Excellent stay

Family of six: my parents (seniors), my husband and I and our two teenage children. We had a lovely stay!! Would absolutely stay here again. The home is beautiful, recently renovated and tastefully decorated. The host was wonderful, so attentive and quick to respond. She gave us a warm welcome when we arrived from our long road trip and had everything ready for us. She had a binder full of local information, as well as all info on the house and the country club. The views at the back of the house over the green and the pond are lovely and include a mountain range with gorgeous sunrises. The grounds were great, with a pool just a couple houses down, and never crowded because there are over 40 pools on the property. Everything was very clean and well arranged. The beds were all comfortable and the bathrooms are lovely. We had a fantastic stay as there is so much to do in the area, plus it was nice to relax at the house and just go to the pool. We all loved it and can’t wait for our next visit and hope it includes this house!
