We were a large family of 17. We rented both sides of the duplex. The space was perfect for us with 2 living areas and 2 refrigerators!!! We were at a tournament at Palm Coast Little League and it's less than 2 miles up the road. This was perfect for our family!! We decided to do a mini beach trip and they even had beach toys for the 2 and 3 year old! We were able to check in a little early which was also great! We'll definitely stay again if we are in the area.
