Modern, open space 4 bedroom ( master bedroom with queen size bed, walking closet and an-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 ( full size bed with full bathroom). Bedroom 3 ( with a king size bed or 2 twin beds). Bedroom 4 ( 2 twin beds), bedroom 3 and 4 share double sink bathroom. For your convenience the house has 3 access to the backyard to enjoy a beautiful large heated salt water pool with alarm to be activated by the guest if needed for child safety, barbecue area ,sun loungers , fire pit and place to enjoy games. Living room with comfortable L- Shaped sofa with pillows . Dining room for 8, kitchen bar with 4 seating Stools and additional seating area seating 4.
This beautiful home is Located in a tranquil neighborhood, near shopping centers. 10 minutes from Flagler Beach. 29 miles from Daytona Beach and with in 80 miles from Jacksonville or Orlando. St Augustine is located only 28 miles away.
The house is fully equipped: cooking stove, oven, microwave , dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc.
TV & AUDIO: Large flat- screen tv in the living room. Also TV’s in all bedrooms, wireless internet, wireless speakers to enjoy in the house and in the backyard.

Perfect!!
This home was absolutely perfect to stay at. Everything was clean. The pool was a perfect temperature and never dirty. Inside the home was very spacious and the atmosphere was very relaxing, exactly what is needed when you are vacationing. My children also loved this home and did not want to leave. The host (LZ) was extremely kind and accommodating. I’ve stayed at many other homes and this by far has been the best!! You won’t regret renting this home for your vacation getaway!!
