🌿 Early Arrival & Late Checkout Policy
We understand that sometimes travel plans don’t line up perfectly with check-in and check-out times. While we can’t always accommodate early arrivals or late departures (especially on days when the home is turning over for the next guest), we’ll always do our best to help when possible.
Here’s our policy:
Up to 2 hours early arrival or late departure → Complimentary, if the home isn’t a same-day flip and our team can accommodate.
2–3 hours early arrival or late departure → $100
3–5 hours early arrival or late departure → $200

Anything earlier than 5 hours → Requires booking an additional night’s stay.
These guidelines are in place to protect the quality of your experience. Early arrivals and late checkouts can put extra pressure on our cleaning team, which may impact the high standards we maintain for every guest. By following this policy, you help ensure your stay (and the next guest’s) is as comfortable and spotless as possible.

✅ 50% refund if the cancellation is made more than 7 days before check-in
❌ No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in
