Available immediately! This beautiful coastal retreat is steps from the beach. This is a custom designed home built in 2018. It will be rented fully furnished. It has an oversized 2 car garage great for someone building a home to use as storage. It is also big enough to store a 21 foot boat. The luxurious finishes throughout the home include wood flooring in all the main areas, tile in all the bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen offers top of the line appliances, and a primary suite with a large walk in closet and well appointed large bathroom. The meticulously manicured yard has fruit trees and a built in corn hole court. It has a flex room currently being used as an office that could be easily converted into a 4 th bedroom. It has stunning front and back porches to enjoy the sound of the waves and the exquisite sunsets. This rental will include use of the new golf cart and the whole house generator. Must rent for six months and one day due to HOA rules.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
