The place was wonderful for entertaining family. The location ideal. The dock wasn't used as much, but it is extremely calming to be on water and we even had a family of dolphins visit one day.

Great Palm Coast stay

Great layout for large families fishing was great kids just loved The kayaks overall great stay only exception was a little issue with the hot water other than that zero complaints will stay again.

Amazing stay!!

Pictures don’t do this house justice….it’s even better looking in person. Great layout, very well cared for, great amenities, and perfect area to stay in Palm Coast. I would definitely stay again!

This was such a fantastic place. Perfect for our family and my Beloved's birthday. We loved the location, pool and the perfect setup of the house. Our only concern was the window in the kids room had been left open. As this is the responsibility of the guests to ensure everything is closed, we would think a kids room would get a special check from the cleaning or maintenance service.

Awesome family rental

We had an awesome stay at Casa Canal. The house layout was great with plenty of room to spread out. The kids loved the pool. The house was very clean and checkin was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent layout, very convenient location

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay here. The unit is very well laid out and equipped, and immaculately maintained. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Wonderful Vacation!

My family of four had a wonderful stay. The house and pool were amazing! I went for a long run everyday, and took a different route each day. Lovely and quiet little town.

This was a beautifully updated and tastefully decorated home. It was well equipped for a wonderful vacation stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and large sitting areas. Wish the response to our questions/comments would have been a little more timely. Overall a wonderful stay for our family.

Perfect Get Away

We absolutely loved our stay. Came down for spring break and the house was perfect. Beautiful heated pool. Plenty of rooms and things for the kids to do. Great area with golf and playground for the little ones. We left medication behind on accident and they kept it safe until we were able to return. Fantastic stay!

Everything about this house was fantastic! It was clean, everything was in working order, and check-in and check-out were seamless. It's located in a private, quiet neighborhood and overall felt very safe. We never had any issues so communicating with the host during our stay was not necessary. However, communication prior to our arrival and after our departure was always quick. This was our first time staying in this area and we are looking forward to returning. Thank you for a great week!

Perfect retreat.

This place was great. Exactly what we needed. Host was responsive, it was clean, and accommodations were perfect. I would highly recommend. And we had a blast playing the table shuttle board game.

This was a great house for us. It checked all the boxes. It’s large, well equipped, clean and well maintained. The pool is lovely and the covered patio was where we spent most of our time. It’s in one of the nicer neighborhoods and very quiet. The fenced yard was great for the pups. Hope to return.

Family vacation fun!

Location was easy to find and centrally located. The layout of the house was great for individual privacy but had several spaces to gather as a group with plenty of seating, large TV’s and areas for puzzles or cards. We ate all of our meals poolside on the lanai which was our favorite spot on the property. The dock was the perfect spot to drop a line. We look forward to booking this house again in the future.

On the water coastal breeze.

Very clean house. Large rooms. Nice heated pool with waterfall hot tub. Fully screened in extra large covered outdoor patio with plenty of seats.Nice outdoor hangout for the family.

Spring Break

This house is amazing. There was so much space for our family of 4 and it was exceptionally clean. We spent a lot of time enjoying the pool, kayaks and lanai. If I could give this house more than 5 stars I would and I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, Relaxing Stay

Everything about our stay was relaxing. Check in process was easy, house was clean, switches in the house were labeled, and the toiletries and kitchen start up items were much appreciated. We spent the week floating in the pool and enjoying the hot tub in the evening. We have never rented a house with a grill so clean (thank you!). Check out process was also clear and easy. 10/10

December family get together

Better than described. Enough room for everyone to relax and cozy enough for family gatherings. One minor issue with pool was addressed promptly. Great communication with host. Would definitely stay agin if given the opportunity!

Great Place!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this lovely property in Palm Coast. The house is spacious, comfortable, beautiful and well-appointed with thoughtful touches that make you feel at home. The pictures don’t do it justice at all…Our host, Alina, was accessible and responsive to our needs. I only wished we could have stayed longer!! We would not hesitate to book this house again when we return to the area. Five stars and 100% recommend!

Perfect for a family vacation!

This home is located in a perfect section of Palm Coast. Close to restaurants and the beach. The waterway is beautiful and calming. The home has been remodeled to a beautiful modern sight. The pool is a perfect size for a family. We recommend the heater option during the cooler months. The owner/property manager have been helpful and responsive. The garage is stocked with bikes, kayaks, and beach accessories. Enjoy your stay.
