Newly Remodeled Townhome in Gated Community. Screened lanai with furniture, Pool/Tennis Access, 20 min. to Beach, 15 min to downtown. All Stainless appliances, full cooking equip, blender, juicer, plates, silverware, reverse osmosis water system, Washer/Dryer in unit. Quick stop at the grocery store(Publix is across the street) and your set for the weekend. Downtown Stuart has a theatre(lyric) boardwalk, many great restaurants and a safe area. Beaches are lovely and overcrowding never an issue. Quiet area and 5 minutes to highways, this is a great location to unwind. 45 minutes to PBIA.
