April is a wonderful host and very helpful with anything you need. She goes above and beyond for her guests. The place was spotless and in such a great location. One block to Atlantic ave and one block to the ocean! The courtyard out front is perfect for morning coffee and the neighbors are so kind and courteous. The condo is stocked with anything and everything you need. The pool is very well maintained and never gets crowded. By far the best VRBO I’ve stayed in and hope to be back one day. Thanks again April!!

I rented this condo for a mother daughter trip after not visiting the beach for 20 years and this was the perfect place to stay! It is as described and more! It is so close to beach and walking distance to so many shops and restaurants. To save a bit of money, we grocery shopped on first day and were able to make breakfast at home and pack lunches and snacks for beach. The home owner has beach chairs, towels and umbrellas to bring to beach too. The homeowner is wonderful to work with and very responsive. Overall, a fabulous trip in a cozy and safe location! Thank you!!

Everything is just as it looks online! It’s so nice to be able to step out the door and have tables with umbrellas if you want to have your coffee and eat lunch or dinner.It’s very quiet at night, which is so hard to find when on vacation. It was so nice to not have sleep disturbed by other people.There’s no need to rent a car as everything is in walking distance. Be prepared to do a lot of walking. However, there is also a free electric transportation that you can use, which is great!It’s so close to everything, yet tucked away, just far enough to enjoy the quiet.

The condo is 1 block from the beach and 1 block from Atlantic Ave. A very short walk to both. Very clean and nicely appointed. I’ve stayed here several times and will definitely return! Thanks for another perfect week April!
