Great location, the building is old and needs some revamping - we rented multiple units, none have an oven or stove which is pretty inconvenient. The property owner clarified it is a building restriction- but it is rough when you would like to prep a meal.

The grout in the bathroom is black and the sink has no stopper, there is no bedroom door, they hung a shower curtain in the doorway, there is no A/C in the bedroom, there is no closet to hang clothes in bedroom.
