Overall the house and stay was a 4/5. We had an issue getting into the house BUT the hosts responded within 30 seconds and spoke to us through the doorbell to get in. This was no issue with us. The WiFi did not work, and although we didn’t necessarily need it it would have been nice as cell signal in the house sucked. My only other complaint would be there was not enough towels or linens. Otherwise the house was nice, clean to our expectations and worked well for what we needed it for. The hosts also allowed us to stay an extra night which was great.

Pool Issues

This host is trying to sell this home and even asked if we would be comfortable to allow their realtor to conduct a showing while we were there.If you are thinking about booking this location for a clean and heated pool, I would reconsider! Per the host, guests should spend an hour cleaning the daily infestation of ants and gnats out of the pool. We stayed here for 9 days and every day the pool looked like the attached photos.Also the pool doesn’t heat because there’s an error code on their heating unit which was an open pressure switch.The host stated that they have a pool guy that comes on Tuesday and Thursday to clean and maintain the pool heating unit, but no one ever came.

We were prepared for the outside vs inside based on previous reviews. It was nice once we went in. Very impressive. We were super frustrated that the water heater was being fixed on our arrival day, but were not inconvenienced because I couldn’t drive straight through. Our 2 teen girls could not use wifi 3 of the 5 nights. Owners blamed the cable company. Our last day, the pool guy arrived at 3. He left and returned upon request later. We left a day early. We would not go back.

Perfect getaway

Loved our stay, we had some issues. A full mop bucket was left in the livingroom, tools left on dining table, but the owner was quick to resolve. We would have liked to have family over for a BBQ but the house indicated no parties.(didnt want to.takw thw chance that would have been considered a.party, wantws to be respectful)

We enjoyed our stay and found this home to be very comfortable. Our grandchildren loved swimming in the pool and the outdoor playset. Good place if you want to be in central Palm Bay. Safe neighborhood. Would recommend this home and would stay here again when visiting Palm Bay.

This was our second time at this property and looking forward to next time. House was as described. Having the pool and lots of pool towels available made it even better. Kitchen was well stocked. Having a high chair, some toys and a swing set for the kids were pluses. Owner was easy to reach and replied immediately.
