Bungalow in an elegant "Wright" style villa, designed in the 48'-50' years by the well-known architect G. Samonà, located in Palermo, in the seaside resort of Mondello, in an elegant setting, surrounded by ancient trees, at foot of Monte Pellegrino, a few meters from the sea, between the sandy bay and the cliff. Elegantly furnished, suitable for three people, it consists of a kitchen-living room, a bedroom area and a toilet with shower cubicle. It correlates with good quality linens. In the same Villa there is another apartment and both are advertised on this and other websites with numerous FIVE STAR REVIEWS. Services for catering, transport, car rental (also for bicycles and scooters) are easily reachable on foot. The swimming pool (open from May to October, according to weather conditions) and the five-seater Jacuzzi (accessible from October to April with a supplement of 10 E/person/day for no more than 40 minutes/time) are not equipped for public use but, under your own responsibility, we are happy to share them with our guests, as well as the external spaces around the house. Immediate reservations are accepted according to calendar availability. Pets are accepted. The TOURIST TAX of Euro 2 per night, only for the first four days (children under 12 years old do not pay) must be paid upon arrival.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
