The location in the city is perfect for visiting the historic center on foot or for using public transport to get around the city. It is the ideal place to spend cheerful evenings, in clubs, pubs and restaurants nearby.

The house is located on the second floor of a building without a lift and is outside the ZTL area, it has a supermarket nearby.
The minimal modern style, with attention to the smallest details, is designed for the comfort of guests who want to live an unforgettable travel experience.
The 86sqm house consists of entrance with security door, corridor, two bedrooms for a total of 5 beds, balcony, soundproof windows, safe and televisions. The bedrooms are equipped with sheets, pillows and blankets,
The kitchen is equipped with a hob, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and all cooking utensils and dishes, there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The living area has a table with chairs, a refrigerator, a TV and a sofa bed for one and a half.

Dommage

C’est un appartement sympathique, Vincenzo accueille bien ses locataires. Dommage pour lui qu’il soit dans une rue si bruyante, bars, musique, concerts, match de foot, chaque soir a sa réjouissance, au moins jusqu’à 1h du mat. Pour résumer, je dirais que c’est parfait pour de joyeux fétards. Mais si pour vous, les vacances sont faites pour dormir un peu, alors passez votre chemin.
