The location was outstanding, situated in the heart of the attractions with excellent restaurants just steps away. The rooms are arranged around a courtyard, ensuring a quiet stay free from street noise, and the air conditioning provided additional comfort. Communication with the property manager was excellent, with prompt and helpful replies, and we greatly appreciated being granted early access to our room upon arrival. Overall, a highly enjoyable stay, and I would gladly return.

Great central location! Hard to drive too but once we connected with hotel they assisted us nicely. Bed wasn’t great! The air conditioning didn’t work without room key so it was hot returning from our outings. Newer and clean room.

I like the location and the room itself . Everything was nice and safe. However, the AC was weak and set to high temperatures for Florida, USA customers, so we had to purchase an actual fan to bare the hot temperature inside the room.

This place is very good you are close to all the main attractions, restaurants and shopping. I would not recommend bringing a car to this location as getting to the place you are driving down very tight streets and the spots in the parkade are very tight. The parkade is locked and have workers on site which felt very safe. The only thing that I would recommend to the hotel is the check in process, we live out of Country and our cell phones were not working to call and not having someone come to the front door to meet was a little stressful. The hallways were dark and didn’t know where the light switches were. Once taken to our room everything was great.

Very nice property. Very convenient for shopping, visiting the sites, and dining. The only negative was getting to the unit. Traffic and narrow streets made finding the unit tricky, but the condo was nicely decorated.

Overall would not stay here again. There was zero english spoken which made communication very difficult (i.e. where to go, what floor it was on, etc.). Upon entering the apartment it smelled of sewage. After realizing that just opening the window and turning on the fans didn’t help with the smell; as well as our drains not working properly, we let the housekeepers know there was a problem as they were the only ones we saw throughout our stay. There was again no communication that anything was fixed or anyone tried to fix it but instead came back to find a bottle of what we assume to be some sort of drain cleaner and a dirty toothbrush on the counter. The smell was more manageable that night, but quickly came back the next morning again.

While this property was clean, modern and convenient, there was no staff on duty except for check in and people were coming and going all night, making an incredible amount of noise. If you need any help, you're screwed. Not sure what to call it; definitely not a hotel or B&B, just a collection of rooms.
