Péssimo atendimento

Quero registrar minha total insatisfação com o estabelecimento. Fizemos uma reserva que incluía na diária estacionamento com manobrista e café da manhã. Ficamos hospedados por 3 noites , usamos a garagem por 2 noites e na hora do check out o proprietário que dizia não falar inglês??? nos apresentou uma conta de 75 euros pelo uso do estacionamento, alegando que não estava incluído e que devíamos reclamar com a Hoteis.com ( o que fizemos e diga-se fomos prontamente reembolsados e muito bem atendidos) Foi um absurdo até porque um estacionamento em nenhuma cidade que visitamos custava mais que 10 euros a diária. Usou totalmente de má fé conosco se aproveitando que estávamos com pressa para pegar um trem e não podíamos perder tempo debatendo! Também disseram que o café não estava incluído na diária!!! Nota 0 !! Não recomendo para ninguém!!! Ressaltando porém que a Hoteis.com foi formidável no atendimento conosco!

Escolhemos esse hotel pela localização, porém logo que chegamos nos informaram que no dia seguinte seríamos transferidos para outro hotel. Esse outro hotel ficava a 10 quadras de distância do hotel Gallery. Péssima atitude desse hotel, que deveria ter nos informado isso antes de chegarmos.

The room itself was fine but the bathroom was a little dated with a tiny shower covered in mold. The bathroom also had an odd smell that we couldn’t get rid of. The worst part was that the power would turn off every half an hour or so and we would have to turn the mains switch off and on again to get power back.

Im Rahmen einer Sizilien Rundreise haben wir natürlich auch in Palermo Halt gemacht und hatten Hoffnung auf ein schönes Hotel! Das Hotel ist ok, aber auch nicht mehr. Die Zimmer zur Straße hin sind unglaublich laut, so dass ohne Oropax nicht an Schlaf zu denken ist. Das Bad hat sehr klein, in der Dusche kann man sich nicht drehen. Das Frühstück war hingegen gut.

Lovely stay!

This little hotel is a gem. Very tasteful, at a wonderfully central location. Three things are quite exceptional: Their breakfast puts five star hotels to shame. Everything was delicious. Too delicious! The bed linen is so amazing that you find yourself reluctant to get out of bed! Most importantly, they have the most amazing staff. They go out of their way to advise you on where to go and what to see and find any information you could possibly wish. They cater for your every wish, always with a smile. Particular praise must go to their Mariella and Alessio - the loveliest of people who make your stay unforgettable. Lovely people, lovely hotel, lovely city!

Hotel modesto

La stutttura e' divisa su due piani e a noi e' stata assegnata una camera al 6 piano. La camera era piccola ed occupata in gran parte dal letto e da un armadio che si poteva usare solo per meta'. Il bagno aveva una doccia assai poco funzionale che impiegava molto a scaldare l'acqua e un dispersore di plastica assai rudimentale. Di notte la camera risultava rumorosa perchè si udiva il rumore di un compressore fuori dalla finestra. Non saprei dire se le camere dell'altra parte dell'albergo fossero migliori di quella capitata a noi. Sicuramente il rapporto qualità/prezzo della stanza non è stato soddisfacente. La colazione era di un livello discreto ed abbondante. Il wifi funzionava correttamente.

Vi hyrde 2 rum (vi var två par). Det som slog oss direkt var att det luktade så illa inne i rummen, svårdefinierad doft - soptipp? I det ena rummet syntes tydliga fuktskador som målats över, där luktade också mögel. Luftkonditioneringen hade bara ett läge, nämligen jättekallt! (Oavsett vilken temperatur vi ställde in). Hotellets läge är bra om man vill se äldsta delarna av Palermo, nära till både museer och shopping. Vi hade bokat två nätter vilket var tur, fler än så hade vi inte klarat.

L'albergo conta con un personale gentile e molto alla mano, è decorato in modo carino nelle aree comuni, il palazzo è un po' datato e questo presenta un paio di problemi all'albergo sui quali dovrebbero lavorare per migliorare, le camere non sono assolutamente insonorizzate, il problema non è tanto all'esterno come ai corridoi e stanze accanto, già la porta principale della stanza lascia intravedere un bel spazio di luce fra la porta è il telaio che ovviamente permette al rumore di entrare praticamente facendo crederti che i vicini sono dentro della tua stanza. il bagno è abbastanza stretto con un leggero odore di fogna e ci è capitato di avere una blatta come ospite indesiderato che probabilmente veniva dallo scarico del bagno (mia moglie ha una forte paura degli insetti in generale), la quale gentilmente dal personale è stata spruzzata con qualche insetticida, peccato che non sono passati un po' dopo per rimuovere il cadavere :) Colazione da migliorare, sopratutto nella scelta dei prodotti, e magari nell'acquisto di una vera macchina del caffè, anche se nuovamente la gentilezza della ragazza presente nella sala colazione e nuovamente una nota positiva.

Close to town and shopping

The hotel is clean but they did not change the towels we used even though they have a sticker indicating that if you leave it in the floor it will be changed they just took it and didn't replace ,the Wifi didn't work ,and the breakfast buffet not enough food was offered in relation to the number of customers present and you feel monitored if you go for seconds the ratio was 1 croissant to 4 customers and 1 toast to 3 customers . However, I would recommend, because it is clean and close to town.

un peu décue...

un peu décue de l'hotel... bonne localisation (10mn a pied du centre historique) Mais quartier hyper bruyant impossible de fermer l'oeil de la nuit. Hotel qui devait etre un 4 étoiles et qui n'en a en fait plus que 3 et qui ne les vaut pas vraiment..Chambres design et luxueuse deco au top.Mais nous sommes arrivés la sdb était très salle le sol n'avait c'est sur pas été lavé. et une odeur a vomir de remonté degouts ou de moisi dans la douche .... quant au personnel ils ne parlent qu'italien et sont peu aimables (discussions téléphoniques perso a rallonge alors que du monde attends a la récéption) je ne recommande pas

Sorprende a la llegada al hotel, al igual que sucede en Palermo con otros hoteles bed&breakfast, la negativa imagen del portal de acceso, un poco escondido, con un ascensor un tanto destartalado, imagen que cambia inmediatamente cuando llegas a la primera planta del hotel y accedes a su interior. Ello se debe a que el hotel forma parte de un edificio en el que cada planta está ocupada por un hotelito distinto, a modo de los hostales en España, o por inmuebles vacios que ahora se están reformando. Recomendable tambien por su ubicación, seguridad del entorno, muy próximo al Teatro Massimo y las principales vías que comunican con el Casco Histórico de Palermo (Vía Roma, etc.)
