Olivella Apartment al Teatro Massimo by Wonderful Italy

Modern apartment in the heart of Palermo, a few steps away from the Teatro Massimo and La Cala harbor.



The apartment, located on the first floor reachable on foot, opens onto the bright living room which features a comfortable sofa, a dining table and a TV. The independent kitchen is equipped with all facilities such as a kettle, a coffee espresso machine and a toaster. A hallway leads to the sleeping area which consists of two bedrooms, the first one fitted with a queen-size bed, while the second one is provided with two single beds. Every room has access to the balconies overlooking Via Bara all’Olivella, a pedestrian alley. A bathroom with shower completes the layout. The air conditioning in the living area and one of the bedrooms and the heat pump for colder days will be at guests’ disposal.

Great location

Great flat. Though we thought there was a washing machine. The cover on sofa was very dirty, and the sofa was disintegrating, leaving stuff all over floor. Kitchen was ok with basics needed. Via Maqueda definitely NOT the place for me to eat, total tourist trap. As an Italian I wanted proper Italian food. All in all though I'd stay again. The ac was definitely needed! Was grateful for that. Good base to explore.
