Overall very nice property and very friendly & accommodating staff.
The walls and ceiling of the room did very little to muffle the sound of both next door neighbors and those above us. We stayed here only one night to get rest before a morning flight. However, we had to endure the clanking noise from the high heeled lady upstairs and the noisy people next door. The hotel room was very poorly designed. There were no conveniently located electrical outlets. The shower lacked places to hang a towel or place amenities like shampoo and soap. For a “resort” hotel, the shower was very small (about the same size that you might find at a low grade motel). Although the tap water is un-drinkable, the hotel charged 2 Euro for a small bottle of water that was left in the room (every other place we stayed had the decency to provide a large free bottle of water)! What is more, the extra-firm mattress was not comfortable. This hotel is a poor value, but survives only because of its proximity to the airport (about a 12 minute drive with no traffic).

Extremely isolated 2km from airport if you fly, 35 to 40 min by car. Shuttle to the airport is not free.The food is not good and very expensive, without any other option. More expensive than the best places in taormina. We ordered dinner and they brought a large shrimp for each as a free appetizer. I tasted it and it tasted raw. Both my husband and son touched theirs to feel the consistency we asked the waiter and he stated that they were raw. We told him we don't eat raw food, he tok the two dishes with the shrimps that my husband and son touches several times and served them to the next Table! Nice pool but not as nice as it appears on line. We had the room booked again for the end of our trip and cancelled. Would not recommend
