Nothing Short of INCREDIBLE!!!
My family stayed here and it was absolutely FANTASTIC! The apartment was exactly as pictured... located in a gorgeous 15th century building, it was clean, beautiful, and it smelled amazing (this was even pointed out by my children). It's central location was perfect for exploring Palermo and going to beaches (Mondello, Capaci, etc..). But above all, the managers of this apartment were INCREDIBLE! They left bottled water and delicious fruit in the refrigerator, locally baked biscotti and a personalized note on the table, and more than one bottle of hand sanitizer for our use. They gave us references for parking, helped carry our baggage from "said" parking, and even bought (in-advance) passes for the ZTL (limited traffic zone) and activated it for us each day (the passes we reimbursed them for of course). They made us feel welcome and like we were family! We will recommend this apartment to everyone planning a trip to Palermo!!!
