The apartment is located in the heart of one of the most beautiful and most visited areas of the city. A few steps leads to via Roma, one of the main arteries, full of shops for shopping and adequately served by public transport. In the opposite direction you can reach even more briefly the Cala and the Italico forum with the Castello a Mare, hence the name of the neighborhood.
At 100 meters you dive into the heart of Vucciria and at 30 meters the imposing Baroque church of San Domenico. The Teatro Massimo, one of the largest in Europe, is a 5-minute walk through the characteristic streets of the historic center, such as via bara all'Olivella full of clubs and artisan workshops.
Given the apartment's very happy position, many monuments and places of interest can be easily reached on foot.
For those arriving by car, keep in mind that almost all of the historic center of Palermo is subject to the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), so to access it you need to have a pass (even daily); however, a free parking area is available

The apartment is perfect 👍 David is a great host . He gave us good advice on making the most enjoyable times while we’re in Palermo . The location also is ideally, so close to everything within walking distance Jeffrey and I had a great times and will come back here again in the future 😊

My friends and I briefly stayed at Davide's flat in Palermo and absolutely loved it. The space is right in the heart of Palermo, allowing guests to easily explore without going too far from the flat. The flat itself is clean and cozy. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked with supplies, and the decor and wooden aesthetic made us all feel right at home! Davide is also so communicative and helpful every step of the way. It was so easy to communicate via text with questions, and at check-in, he gave a great run through of all the things to know about the flat and was all around so friendly. He even offered to drive my friends and I to the airport following our stay for a much lower price than you will find with any taxis in the area. I can't wait to return to Palermo soon. Thank you Davide for a lovely stay!!

Очень удобная квартира в историческом центре Палермо. Отличное сочетание стиля Палермо с современными удобствами. Удобная гостинная с двумя отдельными спальнями. В действительности все выглядит намного лучше чем на фотографиях в сайте. Нам очень понравилось и мы провели там четыре прекрасных дня. Все самые интересные места Палермо находятся на не более 15-20 минут спокойной прогулки /если не остановливаться возле каждого прилавка уличных торговцев :) / На углу перед домом находится очень симпатичное кафе где мы каждое утро пили кофе и разговарили с дружелюбной собственицей. Очень рекоммендуем это место!
