Bright and modern apartment in the historic district of Kalsa.



This recently renovated apartment is located on the on the first floor of a building accessible by stairs. The house is bright and boasts modern furnishings in neutral colors and materials such as wood and mint green, it is located behind Palazzo Mirto and overlooks Piazza Marina. The entrance opens onto the living area, which includes a living room furnished with a sofa, a TV set, a dining table, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area boasts two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with a double sofa bed. The two bathrooms are communicating via a shower, they have two entrances, one from the hallway and one from the bedroom, and are equipped on both sides with a sink, toilet and bidet.

We wanted to experience a deep dive in Sicily. Stayed at our apartment on the Piazza Marina for six weeks. Some construction in neighborhood, but offset by location. Supermarket steps away as well as public and free bus.

Bellissimo appartamento ben arredato e molto fruibile con una posizione comoda al centro a tre passi dalla porta. Unica nota non positiva indiretta è un cantiere edile nell'edificio di fronte ma nonostante questo tornerei assolutamente anche subito. Una bolla di tranquillità e relax a Palermo.

Sorprendente in agrodolce. Appartamento fantastico, generoso nelle superfici, ben dotato e curato nei dettagli, posizione fantastica, difficile chiedere meglio per il prezzo richiesto. Agrodolce riferito alle bellezze di Palermo rispetto al degrado e al traffico davvero poco invitante. Discutibile la politica dei prezzi applicata ai turisti rispetto alle aspettative, spesso prezzi alti per prodotti non all’altezza. Nulla di peggio però, rispetto ad altri luoghi turistici.
